A long story, but I have been in strict self-isolation for just over a week now, and I am going stir crazy. Also, my physical and mental well-being has been severely affected by the 6 weeks of lockdown in England. Stuck at home on my own I have had plenty of time to think, reflect, and try and plan ahead. So, assuming that Kent will be in the tier three restriction bracket again from next week, or at the least tier two, I am hoping to get out and about filming the local countryside.
Hopefully, I will be able to get a couple of walks in before Christmas, the first being Very local which will be a walk along a small section of the Darenth Valley Path and through South Darenth and Horton Kirby villages. These short (3 to 6 mile) walks should improve my state of mind plus help me to start building up my fitness again.
I have already designed and produced the South Darenth & Horton Kirby intro, obviously, this is the rough cut which will be blended into the video footage at the post-production stage.
Please feel free to comment on the intro, your feedback (good or bad) will go a long way towards improving the quality of my videos.

The first three local winter walks I will be filming are,
